Just used the Titan oil stop leak product last weekend. It worked. The leak stopped after few hours...hoping it will last long enough for me to save for a re-manufactured/re-build engine next year.
This product will surely work for those instances where seals and gaskets are dried up or shrank due to wear and tear. I picked the titan oil stop leak because it was the only non-thickening
formula I could find. Lucas oil stop leak is so thick it won’t even pour out of the bottle. I don’t want that in my truck. I think you the Titan product is a lot more advanced than any of the other brands
out there. It’s not cheap but hey if it saved me from paying 1800 bucks to replace the rear main seal, I say go for it.

Our 2004 Subaru 4 cylinder developed a oil leak from between the head gasket and block. I actually called Lucas and asked them if their oil stop leak would work in that area between the
head and block and they said no. The only one that can work on those particular oil seals on the head gasket was the titan oil stop leak. I know it cost more but it’s the only one that can
handle these types of oil leaks on these dammm Suabaru’s.

My 2002 Cadillac with the good-ole Northstar engine and of course it’s leaking oil from the block and oil pan like they all do. Talked to a mechanic about it and it turns out the northstar engine has
whats called a split-design block and oil pan. That makes it easier for them to install it up and around the suspension while it’s moving down the assembly line but very hard to repair.
Basically I could buy two more caddy’s for what my mechanic would charge me to replace the seals. He told me the entire car has to go up in the air on a lift and the entire engine and front
suspension cradle has to be unbolted and brought down to the ground. Then he can actually remove the oil pan to replace the oil gasket. Talk about a ridiculous design!!! Turns out the only oil
stop leak that can treat and repair that type of oil seal is titan oil stop leak. It has a high silicone yield in it’s formulation so basically how it works is it resupplies the oil seals with the silicone they’ve
lost over the years they stuck it up like a dry kitchen sponge and expand back to their original size and stop the oil leak. I used the titan oil stop leak and stopped the oil leaks for less than 100
bucks. It’s been over 2 years now and still no leaks.
I purchased the lucas oil stop leak for my (winter rat) 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee after seeing some oil leaks from my oil pan. Yes I agree that it was very thick and took me almost 20
minutes to pour it into my engine but it cost me less then 20 bucks!!! The titan stuff was going to be twice that!!!!!!!

driving. Before using the Titan sealer I had tried to save a few bucks and bought Lucas oil stop leak. The Lucas was so thick it took 30 minutes to pour and never worked all it did
was slow the leak down a little.
I tried that bars oil stop leak in my F350 diesel and it totally clogged my trucks oil cooler. So I tried Lucas and it didn’t do anything, good or bad…
